CAIXAFORUM	Public Building	Passengers	New Construction	ESCALATORS	MP Step	2017	-	Spain	No	This building, which was designed by the architect Guillermo Vázquez Consuegra, has an impressive aluminium foam canopy which aims to become an icon of the building and the city as a whole, and boasts 7,500 square metres of underground usable floor area. It is a modern area made from aluminium and concrete with an industrial feel, which, in addition to exhibition halls, has an auditorium which can seat 276 people, a terrace with a panoramic view and two multipurpose rooms designed to host music events, conferences and workshops for children. The site forms part of an ambitious project which aims to transform the area, which is not a place residents of the city tend to visit, into a cultural hub. It is here, at CaixaForum Sevilla, that MP installed 3 lifts and 6 escalators to help visitors get around the site. Of these installations, the two fully panoramic hydraulic lifts with a capacity of up to 21 people stand out. One of these transports visitors from the large square under the Pelli Tower to the building’s lobby area, whilst the other takes visitors from the multipurpose rooms to the food area.

The site now hosts the Madrid Open, amongst many other events. The solutions were customised to fit in perfectly with the architecture of the stadium. The lifts installed include goods lifts, stainless-steel passenger lifts and panoramic lifts.

The restoration of Casa de la Piedra involved carrying out work on its structure and improving the accessibility of the building for visitors. As part of this project, MP installed an MP Flex panoramic lift.

The MP MOBI 6XL lift has a capacity of up to 1000 kg and is able to transport massage tables. The result was an outstanding solution involving minimal structural work.
HC MARBELLA CLINIC	Hospital	Bedlifts	New Construction	MP MEGA	No	2019	1600kg	Spain	No	Here, we installed a bed lift with a capacity of up to 1600 kg / 21 people and a 180 º double landing which can be selected on floors -1 and 0 (where there are double doors). An access code must be entered inside the car to enter the operating theatres. It is equipped with an ecoGo controller with remote monitoring, which allows us to see the status of the lift in real time, something which is particularly useful given the distance.

MAX IV	Office	Passengers	New Construction	MP GO	No	2015	1000kg	Sweden	Yes	This project involves a building in the shape of a giant ring with a circumference of 528 metres, one metre more than the Colosseum in Rome. One of the biggest challenges of the project have been the extremely strict requirements concerning vibrations. MP developed a special solution involving an MP GO! Evolution lift, suitable for a building where vibrations are measured on a nanoscale. The land around the site has, amongst others things, slopes with a functional wave pattern, which reduce ground vibrations. This project has been exemplary in terms of sustainability from start to finish, and the result is a new city district now emerging in northern Lund.
ALGIERS UNDERGROUND	Transport	Passengers	New Construction	MP GO	No	2015	-	Algeria	Yes	MP manufactured and installed a total of 24 escalators and 12 (mainly panoramic) lifts for the project to extend line 1B of the Algiers Metro, a project undertaken by the consortium CRK (made up of Colas Rail and KouGC) for the state company EMA, under the supervision of the engineering firm ENSITRANS.

For this project, we created a glass structure and a special car made partly from glass. MP was chosen to install the lift in the building, which houses a bowling area and restaurant, as we were able to offer a solution without a pit which has the appearance of a traditional lift. The lift can be used by those in a wheelchair or with a pram.

The project, which involved an old building on a central shopping street, was particularly challenging due to the speed of the renovation and the small pit, which is typical of such an old building. The solution provided by MP is an MP MOBI with 2 stops and a capacity of up to 630 kg, which is able to transport wheelchairs and prams. The lift has a standard car and its floor, which was provided by the client, matches that of the store. This project was carried out for a client for whom MP has undertaken several similar projects involving renovating old buildings, where fast solutions and delivery times were required from us.

The owner of the company chose the Ambientum cabin with this beautiful forest landscape to feel closer to nature in a very crowded city.
NORDIS Mamaia	Residential	Passengers	Existing Building	MP GO	–	2022	1500 kg	Romania	No	Hotel and residential complex of 5 stars It is perhaps the most well-known and promoted luxury real estate project in Romania. The architects wanted all the elements to be customized, including the elevators. IFMA together with the help of colleagues from MP Spain managed to provide the winning solution for this project. (cabins with a particularly elegant design) The installed elevators are MP Go Evo type 1500kg and 800kg with 14 and 15 stops with a speed of 1.6 m/s 4 elevators were installed in 2021 and we are going to install 4 more by the end of this year.

The new private hospital has revolutionary therapy using modern medical devices and services. It is one of the most modern hospitals in Southeast Europe. MP IFMA installed 4 elevators: 2 with a capacity of 15 people, 7 stations and 2 elevators for 8 people.
STADIONUL SEPSI ARENA SFANTU GHEORGHE	Public Building	Passengers	Existing Building	MP FLEX	–	2021	1000kg	Romania	Yes	It was inaugurated in October 2021 and primarily serves as the home stadium of Sepsi OSK Sfântu Gheorghe. It is built in the style of the famous Hungarian architects Imre Makovecz and Károly Kós and cost 25 million euros, with a capacity of 8,400 seats. MP IFMA installed three MP FLEX elevators with 3 stations, load 13 people, 1000 kg. One of these elevators is a panoramic elevator on all sides.
HOTEL MARMOROSCH	Hotel	Passengers	Existing Building	MP Hydro	No	2021	1000kg	Romania	No	Luxury hotel (5*) from the Marriott group, in a grand historical building from 1923, located in the center of Bucharest, with spa center, indoor pool and restaurant. Being a former bank, the theme of this building was wanted to be preserved so that all the finishes and facilities denote elegance and luxury. The project took place between the years 2020-2021 and required a very close collaboration of our team, including MP colleagues in Spain with architects and constructions of the Marriott group as well as with the state authorities. We have offered a hydraulic lift 1000 kg / 3 stations with cabin and glass doors with metal "gold mirror" elements that denote elegance and which fit perfectly into the Art-Deco design of the hotel.

UNDERGROUND MILL OF MINE-ALCALÁ GUADAIRA	Public Building	Passengers	Existing Building	MP Hydro	–	2023	800kg	Spain	Yes	A unique hydraulic infrastructure in Spain. Built between the 14th and 15th centuries, which seems to be the real boom period of the milling industry at Alcalá de Guadaíra. MP Lifts installed a hydraulic lift, model MPH, machine roomless, 800 kg and 2 stops (with double landing at 180º), with a glass car and glass doors. This is a spring or horizontal-wheeled mill, whose peculiarity is that it is underground. This makes it a hypogean or underground mill. It is the only one of its kind in Spain and there is practically no other similar mill in Europe, with the exception of one in Switzerland. The project began with a clear idea, not only to provide an accessibility solution for visitors, but also to be implemented in a building with a singular beauty, blending in and being part of it.

PULMONOLOGY CENTRE IN BYDGOSZCZ	Hospital	Passengers	New Construction	MP GO	No	2022	2000kg	Poland	No	MP has supplied several lifts for the reconstruction, extension and modernisation project of the Kuyavian and Pomeranian Pulmonology Centre in Bydgoszcz, Poland. The one in the picture is a firefighter lift: MP GO! Evolution 2000 kg, for 26 persons, 4 stops, SUPRA car and doors in stainless steel finish. It is equipped with elements in accordance with the EN 81-72 standard, including: a trap and a telescopic ladder on the car roof and an additional landing operating panel for fire brigade use.
PULMONOLOGY CENTRE IN BYDGOSZCZ	Public Building	Passengers	New Construction	MP GO	No	2022	630kg	Poland	Yes	Description of the lifts – 2 x MPGO 630 kg, 8 pers. 4 stops, panoramic car murano type – installed in glass structure from local Supplier. We have been cooperating since the tender for this investment. From the beginning, we helped in the optimisation of the project. We proposed a much lighter-looking shaft structure, which produced big savings. Initially, a hydraulic lift was designed, but we were able to convert it to an electric lift without changing the price. Generally, we collaborate a lot to find an optimal solution.
PRODUCTION FLOOR IN CALOWANIE	Office	Passengers	New Construction	MP GO	No	2023	1000kg	Polald	No	This is the MP GO! Evolution lift recently installed in the MPACK company building in Poland. MPACK manufactures packaging for companies in the cosmetics, parapharmaceutical and food industries. It’s a 2-stop lift, with a stainless-steel finish. In this project, we have worked closely with the architects from the conception of the design to the final implementation with the contractor.
